The Puget Sound Climate Preparedness Collaborative is a network of local and county governments, Tribes, regional agencies, and organizations in the Puget Sound basin working together to advance climate preparedness.

Regional Challenge Grant

The Collaborative was awarded a Climate Resilience Regional Challenge (CRRC) grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), funded by the Department of Commerce and NOAA through the Inflation Reduction Act. The $2 million grant will allow the Collaborative to expand climate adaptation learning, collaboration, and technical support opportunities for Puget Sound jurisdictions and Tribes. The grant work period is January 2025–December 2027.
